The Board regulates Real Estate Appraisers and Appraisal Management Companies that have qualified for certification and licensure according to the requirements of the Board statute and regulations. The Board may issue temporary practice permits for qualified appraisers. The Board may investigate initial complaints and may conduct licensing hearings and disciplinary hearings as required by statute and regulation.
